The Grand National Festival at Aintree runs from Thursday 8 to Saturday 10 April 2027. Friday 9 April is Ladies Day, and the Grand National itself is run on Saturday 10 April.

Aintree is famous for its glamour, especially on Ladies Day. Gentlemen should go for a sharp suit in navy, grey or a bold check, a crisp shirt and a tie or pocket square, with polished shoes. Ladies often go all out with tailored dresses, structured jackets and statement hats or fascinators. It is still April in Liverpool, so a tailored coat that works with the outfit is worth its weight in gold.
